I'm installing an external takeup system that uses a SPECO motor that was missing the pulley when I bought it. To make this project work properly I need a V belt pulley that measures 2 5/16" in diameter and a bore of 3/8". I can't locate one anywhere. Does anyone have an old SPECO motor with a pulley of that size or does anyone know a source where I could purchase one? I've been on the internet all afternoon with no luck.

One option would be to get a pulley with a 1/2" bore and use a "shaft sleeve" or adapter. (I got some at a local motor shop some years ago, if I recall they were only about $5-10 each.

Also check Monarch Bearing's website, they stock or can order some pulleys. Monarch Bearings If I recall they can get or make custom parts at not too great of a premium.

Good idea Don. If they don't have it then it's gonna have to be made.
