I have one screen that uses 2 of these to crossover JBL 5674SB speakers. One unit boots up in 'Mute' now, which is annoying, but not that big a deal. Lately it is booting up with the message
'excessive errors, using defaults'. Still sounds OK, still passing audio,but...
Anyone have any experience with these? Installed ~1999, so getting old. One is still working fine.
What would be a suitable replacement? Mixture of JBL and UREI amps.
Thanks!

The Driverack260 is still current, I think.

So you could keep it the same and perhaps get the bad one repaired as a spare. I haven't heard anyone really complain about Driverack stuff though I've never, personally, used it.
