Is there a way to add a mute remote or on off switch using the Dolby CP65 so at the end of a feature I can mute the end leader sound noise.
This is for my home theater.
The sound rack is not very near to simply push the mute button.
If so, could i use a light switch and then where to connect to the CP65?

There's a mute line on the backplane and you need to momentarily connect it to CP65 chassis earth.

It's shown in the manual section. The switch needs to be momentary so light switch idea won't work.

A doorbell button would work. It could probably be had for $1-2 or so at your local hardware store.

ACE hardware has all sorts of toggle switches in the electrical department. Single pole, single throw.

Mailing or UPS would cost more than the switch so this is better done by Paul.
