dolby cp500 un implemented exception
I am upgrading cp500
But the scene of a power outage
And Cp500 my show for un implemented exception.
What do I have to do

You had a power outage during the upgrade? Ouch. If you can still can communicate with it try running the upgrade again. If not you will need a replacement control board. Contact Bay Area Cinema Products they should have some good used ones.

All you should really need are the chips (plug in)...if a CP500 goes dead on an upgrade...then that is about your only solution. However, I suppose a whole board would work too. I'd think that shipping internationally that one would want to keep the shipment as small and low-cost as possible.

I use software LOAD500 and it is not connected to comport.

Your cat 684 system control board is dead. Bay area cinema products has good used ones and possible could send the chips. There is an email link at the bottom of the home page.
