Need some pro advice on very small room solutions.
Qsc came up with a new range of DSC speakers that compete with the JBL 3000 line. Qsc however specify max lenght from the last row but does not provide any information about room volume range.

For example the dsc sc1120 stage spkr has a 12'' driver and designed for rooms where the last row is up to 10.6m

They recommend to use a single 18'' sub (sb sc-1180 ) in a very small room.

What will be the recommended front stage speaker setup(jbl, qsc, other) for rooms of less than 3000 cubic feet (<20 seats)?

Is a single 18'' woofer a better choice compared to 2×12 or 2×15 ? 18'' will extend lower but will require substantial absorption treatments in such a small volume.

What would be the recommended acoustical treatments for a very small room?

Thanks
Avi
