Can a JBL 4647 with a horn be bi amped? Can the crossover be bypassed or is this just stupid? If it is stupid, what bi amped speaker of this size would be good to consider?

The 4647 is just the LF section...I've bi-amped many 4673s which use the 4647...works great.
