The Christie CXL-10 xenon lamp has no operating designation on it's spec sheet that I can find - just a "N/A" designation, so I am wondering if this means it can be run vertically and horizontally.

Does anyone know the correct operating position for this lamp, and if it is built for horizontal operation what are the consequences of running it vertically?

I am certain that it is at least horizontal. It is "normal" for the CH-10 console. Louis

Would there be any ill effect should this lamp be run in the vertical aspect?
From what I have read, it 'should' not have any issues but I'm still not 100% certain.

Almost all horizontal bulbs will burn vertically with no issues

Thanks for that Gordon. That was the impression I had but wanted to get a learned opinion.
