Author Topic: RIP Charlie Achee Bud Shepard Film Handler Posts: 31 From: Fall River, Massachusetts Registered: Feb 2000 posted 04-11-2012 10:02 AM                        It's with sadness that I announce Mr. Charlie Achee passed away last night at the young age of 85. Charlie was a technician, salesman, manager with National Cinema Supply and then President of National Cinema Service from February 1, 1988 - December 31, 2004. Charlie had spent six decades working in our industry. He was my boss and mentor for those 16 years at NCS.  |  IP: Logged Sam D. We did a lot of business together. He even spoke kindly to me after I recruited his two best young techs for Dolby Labs.
