I have 5 ta-10 automation units. complete with FM35 film detection. Is there any real value to these units? All work and are in excellent condition. I don't expect a certified appraisal - really just whether I should try to sell them; if so a ball park est. or should I take them to the dump. Any help is much appreciated.

Probably not much at all...the Failsafes might be worth more than the automations, but then again I'm trying to sell an FM-35 for $50 and not having any luck....

I personally would be interested in a TA-10 for my own use, but it's not worth more than $30-50 to me.

Others may have a better idea of value, but I'm just giving you my opinion.

Edited to add: I was just up at Henry's Lake, ID. a bit over a week ago. [Smile]

The moderators here will get on you for putting your email in the post like that. It's against the rules and they're sticklers about it.

Note, Component Engineering have an adapter board to allow the TA-10 to work in DCinema (gives it an Ethernet port and such.
