cp650 goes to bypass mode were often
please suggest

Clean the dust out of it..
Make sure there are no problems with your incoming power...
Check power cord at both ends, make sure it is plugged in securely....
Make sure the sound rack inside temperature is not too high.

All else fails, request a replacement power supply module from Dolby.
