Author Topic: Sound Distortion Problem Marcial Feliciano Ramos Expert Film Handler Posts: 108 From: Puerto Rico Registered: Oct 2003 posted 04-05-2010 05:49 PM                     We are having sound problems in one of the auditoriums and we don't know exactly what is causing it. Everything seems to be working perfectly but the sound inside the auditorium sounds like the film is "stretched" in the left and right channels only. The center channel has perfect audio. What could be causing this problem? We have Century Projectors, Dolby CP650 and Dolby 702 Soundheads. (Brenkert with BACP digital reader, CP650) Re-booting the CP650 with the bypass button seems to cure it for a while. It can go anywhere up to three or four weeks between happenings.
