The speakers sound great but are a lacking above 104db in the surround channels(since they are not XL's). Otherwise the speakers sound great and I'v never herd any distortion in star trek transformers or harry potter. However I have herd that EV has problems with cone rot. The only issue we have had with them is a couple of the tweeters had wires come loose. Reconnect > fixed.  |  IP: Logged
