Has anyone ever heard (or seen) of a projector pedestal that allows the operator to reposition the projector horizontally to adjust for different optical centers? EG., when running 1.33 silent films it's technically necessary -- though not generally done -- to slightly adjust the projector and use an aperture plate ground correctly for 1.33.

I'm sure I heard once about a pedestal that allowed the projectionist to mark the various offsets on a horizontal guide. This allowed the change of the optical center by simply turning a screw gear.

Any ideas?
