Hello everyone,

Could anyone tell me what the specs ( mW output, voltage in etc) are for a red laser used in an analogue reader?

There are too many variables involved so it is one of those items one should just buy the direct replacement

Hi Jonathan!

There are about 5-6mW, 5-10V, 650nm lasers.....with appropriate lenses to get uniformity over slit.....but all reverse scan systems uses led's!
