WB also publishes non-DFS info, though I've never used it. It's on wbexhibitorlink.com, under "Contact Us" and "Print Department":

I am kind of curious when it's better to call them versus DFS.

Kinda makes sense where Mike is coming across where if a reel replacement is needed with TECH shipments, one just call the 1-800-99FILMS number, give them your acc't no, or address, what you need in either reel (give them print number..)or disc, give them a reason for the replacement and it's on its way...

Huh?

Monte, I can't quite tell what you're getting at.

Both DFS and TES provide replacement reels or prints when you ask them to, within reasonable constraints. I don't think anyone is disputing that.

"Where Mike is coming from?" It's not as if Mike was complaining about DFS failing to provide him with one phone number for all their studios. Or failing to provide replacements when asked. Or failing to send them out when they said they would.

Yes, it's true, WB has several phone numbers you can call. That doesn't mean calling Deluxe won't get you want you need (my experience is that it does).

Did I miss something? Did you leave out a paragraph by accident? Thanks.

Okey, let's try this one then and leave Mike out. Sorry if I threw in something there which I didn't mean to...
