I'm wondering if there is any easy way to reduce the startup speed on a Century SA with R3 reproducer with a bodine motor. Theses projectors starup very quickly and jump teeth on not very worn belts. The motors are type 48Y5BFDY, single phase, 1/4 hp if any of that info helps.
