We have 6 Potts 'Alpha Platter Systems' and 2 of them have non-removable brains, but the other 4 have been converted to allow them to be removable...

Do they sell some kind of upgrade kit?

yes they do it requires changing the spindle post which often getting the inside nut off is the hardest job

I'll say: we bought our first impact wrench just for that nut!

You really don't need a new feed out unless it is very old. The #2357 is the plug that goes onto your old feed out plate. Louis
