Today it's 40 years ago "WED" opened in Denmark as a 70mm roadshow release. With intermision after reel 5, music and everything.

I would be happy to learn how it was shown in the US (and elsewhere). Was there an intermission in both 35 and 70mm version? Where did it run in 70mm.

In Europe it was shown in 35mm mono, 4-track stereo and 70mm with 6-track.

I saw it in 35mm 4-track magnetic in Pensacola, Fla. There was no intermission.

The 35mm print I have has no intermission.
