I need to start another DTS trailer disk subscription, but all of the contact info I have, including all the contact info on the DTS cinema website no longer work.

(Not even "customerservice@dtscinema.com" or the other address they give for starting disk subscriptions)

Does anyone have current DTS e-mail or phone contact info?

Thanks Marco for that link. Those contacts are current.

Jim you can also contact me through Film-Tech, and I monitor the postproduction address listed on the website.

Alright, since the original issue of this thread has been resolved, I don't feel so bad for asking an off topic question...

index.sqrl? sqrl??? SQUIRREL? I hate squirrels. I think another rodent would be better.

Not that it makes any difference really, but whose idea was "dtsdcinema" for a website name? If anything it should have been "dtsdigitalcinema." That odd "d" in the middle results in a lot of people typing in the wrong address, I'd wager.

Thanks guys, for the updated info.
The "old" DTS website is still online and contains lots of outdated information.

Yes, "what a difference a 'd' makes!"

Update/Edit: The two addresses I've tried are still returning an autoreply e-mail saying DTS is "Closed For The Holidays",but at least they are "good", working addresses.

Hopefully they'll re-open before Easter!

Incidently, Dan, Mike, &co., it'd be nice if someone fixed www.dtsdigitalcinema.com, it's confused me a few times...

...oh dear, it looks like it is a scam?
