Hi. I have several new manual rewinds that are rubbing the edges of my film, leaving a powdery residue on the film and rewind. The rewinds are IFC's, model NBR-1,aluminum, 2000 & 1000 ft diameter. I've tried filing the holes in the middle, backing off the outer rewinds (the ones that don't spin) and bringing them closer to the film, but nothing works yet. Any suggestions? Thanks
