Tried 4 different sets of Narnia DTS discs and none would load. Wish I could remember exactly what the error said, but definetely said abort error. Called Technicolor and they said no one had this issue and that is was probably the equipment, but they're sending a replacement disc any ways.

Did anyone else experience such a problem? Wouldn't be shocked if we are missing an upgrade, btw.

oh yeah, we loaded a movie that had never been loaded, as a test, and it loaded fine.

I assume you're using an XD10, so did you try deleting all content and then loading the discs? I don't know why, but I've occasionally had this problem and that was the only solution that worked. Never made sense to me as other discs would load fine but one specific feature would not unless all other content was gone.

I will try this tonight. Come to think of it, our content probably hasn't been deleted in over 2 years. Thanks for the tip.

If everything is working properly the XD10 should delete the oldest unused content in order to make room for new content, so you shouldn't have to delete anything, but there could be something else going on. The last two features I recall having the problem you're having with were Street Kings and I am Legend. Didn't get Narnia so no issues with that one, obviously. [Smile]

You're exactly right. Got into work and the day guy had called support desk. They said we probably had some corrupted files in there and deleting the content would solve it. Sure enough, it did. And yes, XD10.
