Are these cards still available to buy? If not, does anyone know where to send them to be fixed?

Richard...I don't know if Edlo is still in business (the last incarnation of Raven) but the would be the only place that would have them for sale.

As to repairing them...that is really a "do-it-yourself" thing. There are almost no parts on these boards and most everything but the relays are available new. And even the relays can be found about (HB2E-DC24). If not found, one can adapt a more available relay so long as you do some rewiring to the relay socket

Eldo went out of business about 6-7 years ago. Raven was making them about a year after that.

I have repaired several of my SPA-5A boards since they are solid state electronics. On the 301 card its usually the relays and/or the transistors(there are 2, one for show start and one for show end). Both the relays and transistors are usually mounted in a socket. If they're not, then they are a bit harder to replace since they are soldered in place.

Do you have a known good 301 card that you can swap relays one at a time with? Swap transistors with? If you swap transistors, be sure to let the capacitors discharge before swapping in the good transistor or you'll blow it. The capacitors usually discharge in about 10-15 minutes on there own. You can use a volt meter on DC setting to check if the charge is gone. They should only have a max of about 24v DC when fully charged.
