You need to provide more details about what you need.

Do you want analog or digital?
How big are your auditoriums?
What type of projectors do you have?
What is your price range?
Do you want new or used equipment?
Do you need complete systems or do you already have some equipment -- and what kind?
etc.

Acoustic work and proper placement of speakers. The mounting of speakers into mini walls and the use of a lot of fiberglass backstage has a far more drastic effect on quality than brand in most cases.

P Audio sounds very close to JBL to me, at a fraction of the price, avaliable in India.

Remember that a proper installation is what counts. I've heard expensive JBL speakers sound terrible due to poor intallation in an average cinema.
