Do they make heat filters for the Xetron/Nuemade XCN consoles?

I running a 4500w bulb in them and I'm trying to balance brightness with heat on the film. I still get a slight buckle eventhough it seems fairly cool. I know with the strong Highlight 2 they have a heat filter at the snood.

Thanks

Bernie

Yes, they are available; pricey. Remember there is always a loss with any filter, so look for light levels to drop slightly and color to shift. Overall, though, this is probably what you should do.

Otherwise, go back to a smaller bulb and accept the lower, safer light levels. Louis

From experience I would reccomend the Ultra Flat heat filters. They seem to be the most consistant and thay also have the sharpest cutoff.
