We have a few of these automations that dont seem to be able to read all of their cues. I don't know much about these units, other than they have become troublesome recently. I don't know how old they are or how long they've been in use. The relays have been changed out with no luck. The cue sensors have all been cleaned, but it continues to malfunction. They seem to miss only ONE specific cue while another automation won't read any cues. Any ideas on what might be going on? Where to look? Help....

The most obvious call I would make is to Thomas Mohr at Kelmar (631-421-1230). He is the only source for parts/information that is reliable. Louis
