Author Topic: Film-Tech media pads from Sentry Lighting? Christopher Meredith Expert Film Handler Posts: 126 From: Jackson, MS, USA Registered: Apr 2006 posted 06-10-2006 02:36 PM                        My theater orders booth supplies from Sentry Lighting and it's getting to be time for me to order some more booth supplies. We're almost out of FilmGuard and I would like to switch to using the Film-Tech media pads to simplify the task of FilmGuarding our prints. Anyway, the Sentry Lighting catalog lists PN: BS93700 for "Film cleaning media." A brand is not given, but their web catalog shows the following picture next to that item: http://www.sentrylighting.net/store/index.asp?DEPARTMENT_ID=188 In the picture, they appear to be the same white-on-carboard rolls we are using now, but they are depicted in a box that says "Film-Tech MediaPads." I was under the impression that the Film-Tech pads are blue, hence my confusion. So does Sentry sell Film-Tech pads or just the standard ones? Can anyone tell me if there is a specific Sentry part number for the FT pads? We switched over from blue to white 6 years ago, but never got around to changing the picture here on the website. (People complained they couldn't see how dirty they were with them being colored.)
