Norway Drive-In Theatre made completely of ice...yes, seats too!

KAUTOKEINO, Norway -- In Norway, when people say, "That movie left me cold," they aren't kidding.

The screen and seats for a Norwegian drive-in movie theater are made of ice and snow.

Viewers can sit on the ice seats, but most of the patrons at this drive-in come on snowmobiles.

The theater recently showed a movie about the history of the Nordic countries for Easter season.

The snowy cinema is expected to be open throughout the Easter season, and may become permanent if it's popular.

Why not? They have motels made of ice, which are also (inexplicably) very popular.
