Okay fellas, I got a stumper for ya!

I have an auditorium running a CP55 that's doing the weirdest thing.

Upon starting a show if the processor isn't muted you'll hear the leader. Even though it's in Non-Sync.
What's more fun is that the surrounds in A-type are so quiet they're almost inaudible.
However in Non-Sync the surrounds are perfect. Meanwhile the screen channels continue to have the non-sync audio on them.

I'm thinking format card maybe?
I've got other CP55's I can swap cards on, but thought I'd run the issue by FT first.
Any ideas?

Try disconnecting the non-sync source, and see if you still have film-sound in non-sync. I bet you don't. If you are daisy-chaining the non-sync inputs to other processors instead of using a proper distribution system, there's probably a ground issue somewhere. I have seen this before, as well as filmsound from one aud getting into the surrounds in another aud through the non-sync loop.

Turns out it was the cat 243 board.
The non-sync is coming from a flash card unit that also controls the slide projector. There's one for each house.
It's a weird setup from Unique Screen Media.
