Author Topic: Replacement lamp for Eumig S810D Michael Barry Jedi Master Film Handler Posts: 584 From: Sydney, NSW, Australia Registered: Nov 1999 posted 01-13-2006 07:45 PM                     I hope this is the right forum for this - it's a technical question, although it's about 'amateur' equipment. Anyway... I have the aforementioned Super/Standard 8 projector, which blew a lamp several months ago before I moved house. Although I intended to keep the old lamp so I could obtain the correct replacement for it, for some reason it has gone missing. I'm sure that someone will know (probably off hand!) what kind of lamp fits this projector...the only thing I remember about it was that the voltage was a bit non-standard compared to a regular 12V/50W lamp. Someone will know. Other than that, it runs very smoothly after all these years... While I'm here, does anyone have any Eumig equipment? According to my instruction manual your projector takes a 12v 100w A1/231 lamp. This is the same as used in most photographic colour head enlargers. Only minus is that the magnetic head comes into contact with film when showing a silent movie. This resulted in me having to replace the head, so I didn't watch many silents after that. I bought the head from the now defunct?
