Author Topic: Does anybody work with SDDS-Link? Max Biela Film Handler Posts: 89 From: Dortmund, Germany Registered: Sep 2003 posted 01-04-2006 10:25 AM                     Hi, Is there anyone on this forum who has a DFP-2000 linked with a DCP-1000 through "SDDS-Link"? This feature doesn't work with our processors. I had a DFP-2000 with 1.10 and 2.20 Firmware, both didn't work. Thus, SDDS is passing into history. Look for a suitable replacement. Depending on the part the wait can be a long one. We've pulled most 2000's out and replaced them with DA-20's or XD-10's. The 2000's were reliable till the tracks wore some and then were touch and go... no matter what projector they were set up on. All but one of the 3000's CLACO sold remains in service.
