My theater uses Kelmar ECS-35 changeover dousers and Christie CH40-CC42 lamphouses. I've been having problems with a douser on one of my projectors, and we've been open only 3 weeks now, so I don't know if it ever worked. It is getting current through the common wire, but no negative current when the douser switch is pressed.

Is there likely a short in the wiring, or is there something wrong in the automation board? or is this something that anyone on this board can even assess without looking at it firsthand?
