Author Topic: Amplifier Switched OFF Demetris Thoupis Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1240 From: Aradippou, Larnaca, Cyprus Registered: Apr 2001 posted 07-01-2005 02:41 AM                     I was at the Cedia exchibition in the UK this week and went to see SIN CITY in one of the UGC cinemas in the area. The film started and I was pleased at how the surrounds, right and centre channel where so discretely seperated BUT no subwoofer or left channel playing. I was in the middle of the theater and the cinema was almost packed so I could not go out to tell anyone but I did afterwards and went to the projection room and after meeting the projectionist, he found out that the amplifier for those channels was switched OFF!!!!
