I have an old orc front bulkhead with a Ledex rotary solenoid hooked to the split douser. There is a microswitch that is triggered when the douser is in the closed position. Has anyone a schematic or wiring diagram for this setup?

Mr. Hans,
Those were home brewed items from the old Roseville 4. Talk to Craig for specs, scematics, and directions. We believe these are from the Robert Dylan collection.

Actually, ORC had those available as an option on those lamphouses when used in 16mm projection applications. It had "RS" (Remote Shutter) as part of the model number if it was a factory option.

Hi Andy,
They are not of the Bauer/ Engler automation variety. These solenoid run dousers were used on 16mm setups and some modified slide projectors. I seem to remember seeing them offered as a option in ORC catalogs way back when.

Barry,
We stand corrected. Obviously, the memory is not what it used to be.
