We have been helping/advising a man who is going to open a theatre in Hampton, Va. to present Indian films. Does anybody know whether studios in India are going to make this transition?
The equipment he has is equipped with exciters, he would like to keep set up cost down as much as possible.

I was asked about the technicalities of printing cyan tracks by someone from an Indian lab a few months ago. So obviously they are considering doing this. Though the time of the changeover would be determined by the number of cinemas in India that have red LED readers - and I'm not sure what stage they are at there.
