Manager used the disable switch on the board to get show up and running. He says he got the alarm when trying to start. Noted film presence light was on on the fm-35, but it was not on on the panel.
Checked connections, rethreaded film thru fm-35, no joy.

Any suggestions as to where to start looking?

check the molex connector on the end of the sensor sometimes the wires have come out of the crimps or the entire assembly has come loose

Gordon's got a good point. I have seen several where one or more wires had come loose from that IDC connector on the end of the cable.
