The automation fails to start the show the CA2000 sends off the alarms "platter tension fault" but the Cinemach platter is fine , and all tensions are ok , this is happening on all 3 plates of the platter table.
we press override and start/resume and all is fine ?

If you haven't done so alredy, try checking relays that register whether the platter is in fault mode or not. If you have another cinema which is running fine, compare which LED's go on and off when you put the platter into fault more (or when it's unthreaded). Chances are either the platter is sending out a constant unthreaded signal, or the relay on the automation is interpreting it that way.
