I've got a Smart Mod 2C that appears to have no mono output except in Emergency/Backup mode. The trim pots for mono level have no effect. SR and Digital work perfectly but when I switch to mono....nothing. Any ideas? [Confused]
Thanks...

Don, there are alot of 2C's at a certain chain in this area and loss of any one or two formats usually signals the format card is bad. You should drive over and have lunch with Oscar just to be sure though!!!

The second card from the left is the mono card there is a DNR NR chip on it use your card exdender to see if there is an output on it
probably the analogue switch chip has failed on it
