Does anyone here have any idea how I can get the reel ids for this film.

Today I got a call from a client and I went to look at the print and found that the reels lack ID's.

I have print number 7 and it looks like all identifiers have been cut off. I only took a brief look at the film. It was wound tail out. I will probably find the reel numbers on the head of each reel when I go back tommorow. But in the mean time I was wondering if any one has those IDs for a back up.

Thanks

The film exchange should be able to tell you. The phone number is likely on the film case labels. Or call the distributor, Zeitgeist Films.

You didn't mention there not being any leaders. So, if there are leaders, just match the soundtracks.

And if the soundtracks aren't enough for you to match up, match up the unique ID on the filmstock edge codes.

I pulled the edgeprint example from the Reel ID section, so it has the same password protection.
