Just want to express my thanks to all those who contributed to Film-Tech. I was able to troubleshoot a problem after downloading a manual we did not have for one of our sound components. It saved the techs from having to come out, and I picked up some valuable information.

Thanks again!

Since you put a "colon" on the end of your title, I thought you were looking for responses to that phrase.

As in:

Thanks to Film-Tech, I have wasted at least two hours at work today.

But seriously, thanks to Film-Tech I haven't had to worry about a brain wrap or a thrown print in months.

Sorry Mike. I just used a colon to imply more details were inside the thread.

Well, I look at it as good experience anyway. Just about everything I can handle on my own now has been learned almost exclusively studying manuals and searching this web site for help.

I almost wish I could work with different equipment to be more well-rounded. Thus far, I've only worked with strong equipment and 20-year-old Christie projectors from my previous UA job.
