The two black rollers after the intermittent on my DP70's are not rolling constantly. They do spin, but the tension of the film usually doesn't keep them moving. What should I do about this?

Try taking them off and cleaning them........check for rust on the shaft.

These two rollers should turn with film motion!! If they don't then a flat spot will eventually be worn on them. So definately clean the bores and if the shafts are badly worn they will either have to be replaced or polished to eliminate the wera if it can be. They should have an exceptionally smooth finish, almost mirror-like to them. Normally the black rollers do not require any lubrication but on occasion I find that it helps a bit if you use a tiny amount of synthetic oil on the shafts. This sort of maintainance should be done once a year to all the DP-70 delrin rollers.
