Does anyone know a model of a replacement motor for a kelmar rewind 7500

could not find anything on graingers.

old motor specs:
Motronics cat 34287-11-270-02
rpm 1850
dc(?)

brushs okay

i would like to purchase a spare.

I think my current problems (weak pull when under heavy weight) are belt and splipage related, but a spare might be nice.

Has anyone tried a higher horse power motor (what is the hp of the factory motor)?

I think Leeson Electric (in Milwaukee, Wisc?) bought Motronics years ago.

They may be able to help.
