Can someone tell me if it is normal for the top and bottom guide rollers to wear on the outer edges of these rollers? These are the aluminum rollers that are attached to the tension arms.

We are using the correct tension lining up with the white dots.

I've seen this on both Cat 700 and 701 Dolby penthouses now and then but I wouldn't say it is exactly normal and I've always felt that there was something not set quite right when they left the factory. I had two 701's that wore so badly that I had to reset the lateral position of the camera. You mihgt want to take a look at the video on yours to be sure that the lateral adjustment is in spec. Have not seen even a hint if this problem with any of the BACP Digital Penthouses we have installed.

Thanks for your reply Mark!
Has anyone ever spoke with Dolby about this?

Thanks!
