There was at one time a company that made them. It involved a new spindle to accommodate a receptical assy to allow for a pay-out head similar to Strong's that was used in the A-3.

Does anyone know of this company? I have checked with Brad and a few theatre suppliers, but came up empty handed.

I want to convert my CFS platters to removable pay-out heads.

You might try asking Dick Niccum who used to be a partner in Rentec.

His new company is Lighting Image Technologies. Look it up on the internet.

Potts has a retrofit kit if you are talking about the Super Platter model. Talk to Suzy Bright at Potts.

Paul, Kim did this upgrade at the Plaza Twin.
You might give him a call. Let me know if you need his #

If you ever decide to upgrade those platters out of the booth, he'd probably be interested.
