Was curious if anyone had done this or a least tried.....I believe it would work out fine as the Sony track is even narrower than the SRD track. The Dolby LED's would also last alot longer. They would mount diredtly behind the film plane as in the CAT 701. This would do away with alot of excess junk in the Sony unit and get the LED's out of the dust introduced from the fan. Anyone out there interested in giving it a go?

And A Good Autumn Term To You All

How surprised I am that nobody has ever attempted to incorporate Dolby Led's into a Sony Reader. It can be easily done, with a small modification to the heatsink, as can the same with DTS readers.

With ever so much luck to my students in their forthcoming Tripos examinations, I bid you all a good night.
