I have a simplex XL and the pin that connects the lower sprocket to the shaft pops out of position causing the sprocket not to turn any suggestion on how to keep this pin in place
Note the bolt on the end of the shaft is tight also.
Thanks

Well that is a first! I have never had that drift pin ever come out. It should be pressed in. Ways to fix it include knureling the pin if you have a knureler...

Since if you had the device you probably would already know how to fix the problem you probably should consider some locktite (RED permanet locker)....BE VERY CAREFUL with this stuff...you need to clean the area around where you are applying it VERY carefully...there can't be any residule left or you will cement the sprocket to the shaft...it does't cure until the absense of air so it will be wet until you put the sprocket back on and then...it will be stuck.

You can also just buy a new sprocket...they are not that outrageous.
