I thought I found someone with a CAT 113C for sale, but what I got was a Cat 113-1, any one have any clue on how it is connected/operates, and may be could possiby fax or email me a schematic or manual pages.

Is a 113c1 the automation only card, with green and red leds but no switches ??

Yes it has Green and red LEDs , but no switches except for power supply bypass and optical fault.

Check out section 7.5 in the CP-50 installation manual. (in the Manuals section here) The main difference between this card and later Dolby automation interface is that this one uses maintained contacts rather than pulsed contacts.
