I've been offered the following lens, " Isco Gottingen Cinelux Anamorphic MC 2X It's gold in color"

Is this the good one that everyone talks about? My throw is 13.5'.

What price is reasonable? The seller is asking $400.

There are several diffent Scope attatchments on the Isco website, however none of them fit the above description given by the seller.

Danny........
Be careful with that description. My pair reads as follows...."Isco-Gottingen Anamorphic Lens 2X Model KA298"
If memory serves me right, I've seen gold colored anamorphics that say Cinelux but I'm not sure if they are Isco. They may be...ask for picutres.

That is the ISCO 4-element lens that traces its roots back a ways. It is a good anamorphic lens though not in the same league as the BLUE-STAR but as good as anyone else's anamorphic lens and better than most.
