Author Topic: Rack mount power switching center? Greg Mueller Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1687 From: Port Gamble, WA Registered: Jun 99 posted 05-24-2003 08:13 PM                        For some reason, some manufacturers like Dolby choose to not put power switches on their equipment. I was wondering if anyone makes a rack mount unit that has 2, 4 or 6 (whatever) switches on the front and an equal number of plug ins on the back that can be individually switched on and off. They make a rack mount power conditioner that has eight switched outlets on the rear panel. You can get them with equipment lights and even a digital AC voltage display. They're available from Broadcast Supply Worldwide for $59 - $89 depending on the model you want. They're in Tacoma.
