Author Topic: CAT 242 card Tom Wienholt Master Film Handler Posts: 371 From: Towson, MD, USA Registered: Dec 2002 posted 05-18-2003 12:50 AM                     In the CP55 manual, it says that the four jumpers (W5, W6, W7, and W8) on the Cat 242 card should be cut if high sensitivity power amps are used. These jumpers are all cut on my 242 card. As a result, I am having trouble getting a sufficient sound pressure level for the surround channel. My question is this. Does each jumper correspond with a certain channel?
