I have a question about how you folks here are building up Matrix Reloaded. At the head and tail of the reels, I noticed that the audio still continues past where the picture ends.Is this part of the movie? Im just curious to know where you are making your cut? Are you leaving a visible ID tag to help break down the print, or are you cutting where the audio continues and ends into the black frames?
I am quoting this from the Feature info section of Matrix Reloaded.

The reason for the sound track coming before and after the end of visable picture is to allow the distance from the picture aperture and the solar cell for proper playback when running reel changes. you need this for the allowance of sound overlay when going form one projector to the next. Allows for no loss of sound when the sound is switched. You do not loose anything when you splice them together so long as you cut no frames of picture out. Continuously cuttin out ID frames will effect the sound.
